"Green Bag Lunch & Learn: Local Food Sourcing"

The Green Bag Lunch & Learn is a FREE lunchtime series on sustainablility and realated topics. These sessions ar a great way to kick back and learn about current topics related to all aspects of small business efficiency. This month's Green Bag will be presented by the chef from Restaraunt Gwendolyn (located in downtown San Antonio) which describes its fare as "Local, Seasonal, Old School, Handmade" - bringing old world regionalism and sustainability back to what we consume.
