About Us

Schertz Bank & Trust is a State chartered bank headquartered in Schertz, Texas, which offers full service financial products to Guadalupe, Comal, Hays, and Bexar Counties and the surrounding areas. In addition to the main office in Schertz, Schertz Bank & Trust has five other locations to include Schertz, Kirby, Seguin, San Marcos, and the newest location in New Braunfels opened in December 2019.
The Bank was founded in 1913 by local community leaders with the goal of serving our communities. Schertz Bank & Trust still operates today with an emphasis on service and developing relationships to help make dreams come true.

As of December 31, 2024, the Bank had total assets of $881 million, $768 million in deposits, $687 million in loans, and $92 million in capital.
