S. Watts Group has commercial construction-contracting experience that includes: ground-up development, tenant interiors, retrofit and remodeling and sustainable LEED/green construction.
With all of our projects, budgets are respected, people are treated well and our passion embodies the quality of work from concept to completion. We believe that proper communication from start to finish is the key to a successful construction project. From contract award to project close-out, our team is in constant communication with our clients, construction managers, landlords, subcontractors, architects and engineers. Project sizes range from $50k - $18m and our Sweet spot project sizes – remodel $5k-3 million and ground up $3-8 million.
