Julio is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant with over 20 years of service. He started his career in logistics in the area of Fuels and Cryogenic Management, then transitioned into a Battlefield Instructor. He had the privilege of finishing his career in the Air Force's Human Resources arena where he supported Special Operations, the DoD's Intelligence Community and the Nuclear Defense program.
He earned his Bachelor's in Leadership from Trident University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Management and Leadership from Webster U and the George H. Walker School of Business.
As a recipient of Air Force Management, Innovation and Team Development awards, he decided to take his passion for leadership development and partner with local businesses in San Antonio and its neighboring cities.
