VOLUNTEER OPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH HORSES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISSABILITY IN SELMA!

Founded in 1991 in Selma Texas, the SLC is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities of all ages. We utilize innovative approaches such as Hippotherapy, which incorporates horseback riding as a therapeutic and rehabilitative treatment, and Therapeutic Riding, which focuses on riding skills to improve physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
 
Volunteers are crucial to our operations. Not only do they help keep costs down—but their enthusiasm, compassion, and talents create an environment of acceptance, respect, friendliness, and safety at the SLC.
