Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will also help our event coordinator to oversee our already established events. You must be well-organized and able to multi-task between events. Good communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. We are a fast-paced, fun atmosphere who always seeks to raise the bar at every event we accomplish. If you are a go-getter, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Clerical and customer service to our members
  • Answering phones and office tasks
  • Assist in execution of event
  • Evaluate event’s success with other team members

Skills

  • Some experience in non profit work
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent people skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivating
  • Critical Thinking skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity in Non Profits/Fundraising a plus
