The University of Texas at San Antonio/ Small Business Development Center Network presents an upcoming workshop series: Profit Mastery.
Profit Mastery is a 16-hour, hands-on workshop presented over four days that teaches you how to actively manage YOUR business and accomplish YOUR goals. Alongside other business owners and managers, you will analyze real-world business problems and learn how to:
Understand your financial position
Make effective pricing decisions
Evaluate and manage cost patterns
Make your business bankable
Avoid cash crunches and increase cash flow
Strengthen your lender relationships
Plan and manage growth
Learn your financial statements as management relevant tools
Use break-even analysis to make better decisions in costs, prices, and profits
Communicate more effectively with bankers and financial professionals
Structure a loan that is right sized for your business
