To say that Schlotzsky’s is Austin-inspired would be an understatement. We’re not Austin-inspired. We are Austin. Born and Bread (pun intended). We invite you to be the first to experience Schlotzsky’s Austin Eatery, which features hand-crafted creations with bold flavors and a spirit of originality.
To celebrate, April 1, 2019, we will have our ribbon-cutting ceremony & plaque presentation starting at 10 a.m. with store official opening and giveaways, music and photo booth to follow to kick off our Family & Friends Day.

Can’t make it in the morning? We are serving sandwiches like we use to on a Frisbee (Dine-In Only, while supplies last.) After 5pm, the 1st 50 guests to purchase an entree will get a FREE Austin Eatery Swag Bag!
