Organic Vegetable Gardening, Sat. May 28th at 9am at the Schertz Community Gardens 1101 Elbel located behind the Guadalupe County Annex Bldg. Hosted by Guadalupe County Master Gardeners. Pedro Schambon of My Fathers Farm, certified organic vegetable producer, will discuss which vegetables grow best in the Texas summer heat and organic practices he uses.
