 H7 Sports Training & Wellness Center Open House – Community Invitation

Schertz, Cibolo, Selma, Universal City, and surrounding communities — you're invited to our Open House at H7 Sports Training & Wellness Center!

Come tour our facility, meet our team, learn about our youth and adult training programs, and connect with local businesses and families. We're also excited to officially welcome Dr. Williams and River City Recovery Lab, now operating inside our facility.

Guests will have the opportunity to learn about our training services, recovery options, and see some of the equipment that helps our athletes and clients perform at their best, including our AllCore360® rotational training machine, designed to improve core strength, mobility, balance, and athletic performance.
