As per our Luncheon Policy, all meals are paid by our Chamber according to a headcount submitted one week before the luncheon based on our RSVP's. In the occurrence you have RSVP'd but cannot attend, please send another representative in your place as your attendance is still accounted for. Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before the event, otherwise, you will still be responsible for the payment.

Please note the following details for this luncheon:
Due to safety guidelines and our desire to protect our Members, you MUST RSVP and prepay for your place at our luncheon.. There will be no payments accepted on the day of the event to minimize contact. Our special seating will help to maintain social distancing, temperatures will be taken at the door and we require the wearing of face masks when not seated at your table.
The Non Profit luncheon is our annual luncheon that promotes all of our Member non profit businesses to the general membership. It allows for connections to be made, information gathered and resources shared. If you are a non-profit and would like to get a table for this event, contact Shelby at 210-619-1952.
