ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to safety guidelines and our desire to protect our Members, you MUST RSVP and prepay for your place at our luncheon by June 9th. There will be no payments accepted on the day of the event to minimize contact.  Our special seating will maintain social distancing,  we encourage the wearing of face masks when walking about and each lunch will be individualized and  prepackaged for your convenience and safety.

Luncheon Policy: 
All meals are paid by our chamber according to a headcount submitted one week prior to the Luncheon based on our RSVP's.  This invoice acts as your RSVP.  In the occurrence you cannot attend, please send another representative in your place as your attendance is still accounted for. Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event, otherwise you are still responsible for payment.
