Description
This event is primarily for first time home buyers, but is open to anyone. Dinner and drinks will be served at 6:00pm, and then the seminar will begin shortly after. Real estate professionals will all be in attendance, and give a 5-7 minute overview of what each of their roles are in the home buying process. Title companies, homeowners insurance, realtors, appraisers, surveyors, warranty companies, credit specialists and mortgage lenders will all be there. Then once everyone has spoken, home buyers will have the opportunity to ask specific questions, based on their own requirements.
