Team Levels: All include breakfast, lunch, and 2 drink tickets per player

Headliner - $5,000; 2 teams w/ headliner player gifts, 4 hole signs and pavilion sign
Gold - $2,500; 1 team w/ gold player gifts, 2 hole signs and pavilion sign
Silver - $1,200; 1 team w/ silver player gifts, 1 hole sign
Bronze - $600 per team

Available for purchase at event: Team Mulligans (2 per player), Team Buy-a-Drive, and Team Buy-a-Birdie

$50,000 Hole in One Prize - $2,000 - includes signage
