NAMI Family & Friends is a free, four-hour seminar that informs adults who have loved ones with a mental health condition how to best support them. It’s also an opportunity to meet other people in similar situations and gain community support. The seminar is open to adults (18+). While it's designed for family and friends of someone living with a mental health condition, the general public is welcome. Lunch will be provided to registered attendees at no cost.
