ETC HR Employer Compliance Workshop
Description
Heather Garcia, a Human Resource expert and her team will work with you individually and in the group setting.
You will need to bring your laptop, current policies and handbook, notepad, and an open mind. Be prepared to work with their team to improve YOUR practices and come into compliance. ETC HR will teach you what you need to know and train you on proper procedures.
4 key areas that will be covered:
Handbook – We will assist you in drafting a legally compliant handbook customized to your business.
Fair Labor Standards Act – Bring a list of your entire workforce on a template we will provide prior to the event. We will analyze how you are paying your workers to ensure compliance with wage and overtime rules.
Basic New Hire Enrollment Forms - Offer letters to I-9s to Wage Deduction forms: At the end of the workshop, you will know exactly what is needed for your new hires and the forms will be ready for you to use with your employees immediately.
Vendor Options – We will have information and contact information for some key additional offerings that small business can take advantage of to find efficiencies with compliance.
