Some 30 volunteers with the Cowboy Breakfast Sponsored by Jordan Ford will deliver more than 3,000 tacos to wounded warriors undergoing treatment at Brooke Army Medical Center and their caregivers at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27.
The menu will include many of the same items that will be served at the breakfast to upwards of 50,000 people from 4:30-9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28, in the parking lot of Cowboys Dance Hall, 3030 N.E. Loop 410.
The breakfast for the wounded warriors will be cooked early Thursday morning in the parking lot of Cowboys Dance Hall and delivered in vans supplied by Jordan Ford.
Among officials on hand during the delivery of the breakfast will be Judith Markelz, program manager of the Warrior and Family Support Center.
