SCORE Presents Cash is King: Managing Cash Flow. Cash is essential to keeping the life of your business going. During this workshop with Chris Hughes of SCORE, you will learn to manage and navigate through common cash flow issues, including:
- The importance of cash flow to your business
- Forecasting and planning for potential cash flow shortfalls
- Tools and methods to assist with managing cash flow
- Maintaining a healthy cash flow balance
Chris Hughes is a retired industry executive with a diverse background in successfully managing businesses in a variety of industries that have included steel fabrication, aircraft, transit rail cars, food service equipment, and beverage dispensing equipment.
His work experiences include dealing with turnaround situations, and international operations with particular emphasis on process improvement and improved cash flow. He volunteers with SCORE and passes on his years of business experience to help other businesses to grow.
