Craig will be speaking on "Thriving in the People Business" and will share how you can build a better team environment, what hiring practices you should be utilizing, and the difference between a quota and a company goal. 

Craig Krause is the Owner and Founder of Direct Development Training. Responsible for the training programs and growth of the company, he has aligned himself with outstanding instructors and a support team from across the country to accomplish this.

Having taught training programs in three countries, for all different types of industries, Craig has enabled himself to reach thousands of people from all backgrounds and experience levels. He works with a wide variety of businesses, from sales to resorts, services to manufacturing, as well as non-profit organizations.
