A distinguished healthcare executive with over 14 years of experience\, Jerrica currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Methodist Hospital | Northeast\, bringing visionary leadership and operational expertise to one of the region's most vital medical institutions.\n\nPrior to joining Methodist Healthcare in May 2024\, Jerrica served as Chief Operating Officer at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas\, Nevada an 834-bed facility with one of the nation's busiest emergency departments\, handling over 178\,000 annual visits. Under her leadership\, the hospital launched its first free-standing emergency room\, achieved record surgical volumes with nearly 1\,700 monthly OR cases\, and completed more than $35 million in facility upgrades\, with over $160 million in future projects approved.\n\nEarlier in her career\, Jerrica served in leadership roles across multiple hospitals in the HCA and Universal Health Services networks\, including HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe\, Summerlin Hospital\, and Centennial Hills Hospital. Her accomplishments include developing a nationally accredited bariatric surgery program\, launching a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program\, and leading successful inpatient rehab expansion initiatives.\n\nJerrica is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University\, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and Master of Healthcare Administration.
