DESCRIPTION:After eating that Thanksgiving feast it's time to burn off the bird with a P90X Live Class that's sure to leave you sweaty and smiling! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. Why not invite a new friend to the class on Saturday\, November 25 at 9am?! Tickets: Early Bird (non-members) is $10. At-The-Door is $15.\n\nBe sure to bring a towel and water bottle cuz' we're gonna HEAT IT UP!\n\nP90X LIVE is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It's tough but your instructor can show you how to modify any move\, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus. The Upper Strength block targets your chest\, back\, shoulders\, and arms using dumbbells or resistance bands\, as well as your own body weight. The Lower Strength block builds leaner legs and stronger glutes with lunge and squat variations\, power moves\, and plyometrics. The Cardio & Core blocks revs up your metabolism\, while the challenging core work trains for functional stability.
