Then the Nature Discovery Series is for you! The program is designed for families with elementary-aged children\, but older and younger siblings are welcome too! Texas Master Naturalist volunteers lead the themed programs which are listed below. The program is free\, but pre-registration is required. Please call the Parks & Recreation Office to register at (210) 619-1850. Space is limited. Discover What's Buzzing/Blooming   Saturday\, April 7 10:00 - 11:00 AM\, Crescent Bend Nature Park Flowers and pollinators help each other. With oversize flower shapes and insect "mouths"\, interpreters show shapes of flowers\, introduce model bees and butterflies\, discussing terms pollen\, nectar\, pollinator\, proboscis and host.
