DESCRIPTION:WHO THIS IS FOR:  New Supervisors\, Experienced Leaders\n\n \n\nTHE PROGRAM:\n\nLeading a diverse group of people can be challenging\; this training will teach you the necessary skills needed to become a highly-effective leader. Without an impactful leader\, employees will not be motivated\, they instead will be distracted and fail to reach their goals as an individual and as a team member. It is important to not only discuss the strategies that will help drive your team but learn the skills that will develop your team members individually. Throughout our training\, we discuss how you as a manager and leader can positively impact your team through the discussion of topics that have a real effect in the workplace. Our topics and examples using current events\, such as the "Great Resignation\," will provide perspectives and solutions to your leadership style as well as your team's performance. After retiring from the military\, Jennifer worked as the VP of Clinical Operations for a large national dental organization.
